The Annual Fund is our most urgent philanthropic need.

The Annual Fund exists to cover the gap between the amount of tuition dollars we collect annually and the full cost of educating our students. That gap is about $2,000.00 per student and it is by working across all segments of our community that we cover that gap.

As do most independent schools, Stone operates with a gap of about $2100 per student – that gap represents the difference between what we charge in tuition and the cost of educating our students, and it is by both operating with that gap and generating community support for the Annual Fund that we are able to continue to remain open and accessible to all students.

The Annual Fund has an extraordinary impact on our school. It has allowed us to give more than $1.7m in financial support in the first six years of our school’s history while also increasing faculty compensation by 25% in just the last three years.

We are the only need-blind school in our market, and it is through collective support of the Annual Fund that we are able to remain so.

Last year, we received more than 200 gifts of all sizes from members of the total Stone community – this year, we hope to double that number. All gifts matter. Giving levels include:

● “Collaborator”: $1000+
● “Innovator”: $2500+
● “Designer”: $5000+
● “Benefactor”: $10,000+
● “Leader”: $25,000+

Any gift of any size welcomes you to the “Stone Supporters Club”. Gifts at and above the “Designer” level also include membership to the Head’s Circle, which includes invitations to unique events throughout the school year.
