Event Update: Information Session Number 3 at the Manheim Township Public Library

Just a quick note that we'll be holding our third information session at the Manheim Township Public Library — we’ll be talking about The Stone Independent School's origins, our innovative (and healthier!) approach to scheduling, our belief that all students learn best by “doing”, and our aspirations to own a Stone Food Truck(!) .

We’ll also be talking about the systematic harm standardized testing has done to schools and students, about the many benefits of true project-based learning, and how the pathway to successful college admissions lies in students who show depth, mastery, and real individualization in their learning.

(Which is to say: taking even more AP tests may *not* be the answer…..).

We'll answer as many questions as you can ask, we'll happily pass out applications, we'll have pretzels, and we'll schedule tours of our awesome little school at 43 N. Lime Street. We hope to see you there!
