Now Boarding: Priority Admissions ✈️

An Exciting Opportunity from Our Admissions Team

At 8:30 am on Wednesday, August 19th, we made history here at Stone.
We welcomed the first 76 members of our new Lower School program to campus.

The start of this school year really has been a dream come true: this remarkable community, which began with 20 students in a small building on Lime Street, is now comprised of thirteen grade levels, 180 students, two campuses, and an entire community committed to the final words of our Mission: making the world a measurably better place.

As we open this extraordinary year, we’re writing to share a few adjustments we’re making to our Admissions process as Stone continues to grow and change in scope.

Priority Admissions
September 15 – December 1, 2026

Priority Admissions is our first admissions window of the year, and it is designed for families who are particularly excited to join our community.  Because we have limited available seats for next year (in particular in the Lower School), families who are seriously considering Stone for the 2027-2028 school year are encouraged to complete the admissions process — Tours, Shadow Days, Open Houses, and the application itself — between September 15th and December 1st.

All decisions will be released by December 15th.  Priority Admissions families will also receive a $150 discount on their deposit if they enroll within two weeks of acceptance.

Rolling Admissions
January 15 – Until All Seats Are Filled

At the close of the Priority Admissions window, we will shift to Rolling Admissions until we have filled all available seats at Stone.

(Do note that we currently have significant demand in Grades 12, 10, 9, 6, 5, 4, and 2. Families interested in those grades are encouraged to visit Stone during the Priority window.)

Stone isn't designed to be the right school for everyone, but if you think Stone might be the right place for your learner, we hope you'll come see us this fall:
